To ensure this, company keeps on doing various skills enhancement sessions such as employees participating in National conferences across India & International market and inviting delegates from top companies to share their knowledge with Serosofters.

In this journey of learning on 04th Jan 15’ Serosoft invited Mr. Rajat Jain who is a graduate from IIT Delhi and is currently associated as part of top management in Qubole. Prior to Qubole, he worked with renowned companies like Google and LinkedIn. All Serosofters attended the knowledge sharing session which happened in the conference room of Serosoft.

CEO of Serosoft Mr. Arpit Badjatya gave a formal introduction of Mr. Rajat to all its employees before inviting him to the podium. Mr. Rajat spoke on various aspects of a startup organization to make them grow in this competitive market. He spoke about how constant innovation is the key to success for start-ups/ growing companies and emphasized that if you are a product driven company then you must focus on innovation in your product. He also imparted knowledge to the programming and testing team as to how they can excel in their work. Light was also thrown on marketing aspects of an organization where he emphasized how pre sales department has a major impact on the total sales cycle. It was a wonderful knowledge sharing session where he also shared his experience of working in Google and LinkedIn and shared some success mantras of them. The session went interactive with Serosofters asking questions to him for which he answered to their satisfaction. The session ended with a warm note of thanks and applause.
