Speed and agility are two qualities of our employees that we love the most. And what better way to celebrate them other than by making it into a full-fledged theme for the annual event.

SCORA 2022 is one of the most awaited events of the year for the Serosofters. It is an annual event that sets the precedent for the upcoming year and acknowledges the hits and misses of the current year.

For the fourth time in a row, the event has also been a stage for the management to recognize the shared effort of the team in making a strong company. Furthermore, the outstanding team performers are rewarded by the management for their unmatched performance and contribution to the company.

On the 24th of September 2022, Serosoft hosted the fourth SCORA event. The theme for SCORA 2022 was Formula1. It was all about speed and agility. The event was held at Sheraton Indore, which is a leading hotel in the city.

On the occasion, the employees gave jaw-dropping performances in dance, music, and poetry. Also, what set this year’s event on a pedestal was the surprise launch of the company’s anthem. Making every Serosofter proud, the song is India’s first-ever hip-hop corporate anthem which has broken the internet and has had 25K+ views in the last 7 days.

Company CEO & MD, Mr. Arpit Bajatya expressed his sheer confidence in the team by saying,

Further, he spoke about the company’s evolution by broadening its offerings and geographic reach in addition to using innovation & cutting-edge technology throughout his address. He reiterated his mission to digitally transform 2000 leading institutions across the world with a vision to champion an era of digital transformation in the international education ecosystem.

The awards followed the CEO’s speech, the 2 Decade Diamond Awards were awarded to people that had completed 10 years with Serosoft. 9 High-five Awards on completing 5 years in the company. And 22 awards for Outstanding Performances during the year comprising of ‘Team Rocker’, ‘Sero Culture’, ‘Best Academia Knowledge’, ‘Best OKR Team’, ‘Best Collaborator’ & ‘Rockstar Rookie’.

In his thanking note, Mr. Siddharth Badjatiya, COO, said, “celebrating business, and success is vital, but it is also wonderful to acknowledge the individuals who contributed to it.”
