Key Responsibilities:
- Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
- Lead market entry and expansion.
- Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.
- Create a strong lead prospecting, lead generation, and lead qualification engine.
- Manage digital marketing activities to create traction.
- Demonstrate good business sense and budgeting skills.
- Help Serosoft become known as an employer of choice and a sales force that top salespeople want to join.
- Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives.
- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
- Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions.
- Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to the company leadership team and other company functions.
- Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel, and partner programs.
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
- Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners to develop key relationships.
Skills & Qualifications:
- A degree in business, sales, marketing, or related subjects.
- Experience in demonstrating and selling SaaS solutions remotely to international customers.
- Experience creating and managing sales reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Experience in analytical reporting and proficiency in SEO, and PPC; experience in SEO for Shopify is a plus.
- A passion for computing education and its creative possibilities.
- Ability to work independently, being proactive, and wanting to actively shape our growth; we’re looking for self-starters who are happy to produce content when needed.
- Experience selling online products is desired (ideally in Education).
