About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive and scalable digital experiences. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end design process for SaaS products and web applications, ensuring seamless user journeys and high-quality interfaces. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams while mentoring junior designers and contributing to the overall design strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
UX Leadership :
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process from research to final delivery.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and derive actionable insights.
- Define and structure information architecture for complex applications.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems.
- Optimize user journeys based on data, analytics, and user feedback.
UI Strategy :
- Maintain and evolve the product’s design language system.
- Ensure consistency in branding and visual design across all platforms.
- Create advanced interaction designs and engaging user interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams for seamless execution.
Frontend & Implementation :
- Translate designs into pixel-perfect HTML/CSS.
- Implement advanced CSS, including animations, transitions, and micro-interactions.
- Utilize JavaScript (ES6 basics) for interactive elements.
- Work with frontend frameworks (Angular knowledge is a plus).
- Optimize UI performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
Education & Experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Experience designing SaaS products and web applications.
- Strong portfolio including live product case studies.
- Proven experience in leading or mentoring junior designers.
- A bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
