About the Role:
As a Technical Business Analyst at Serosoft, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements and designing efficient systems that improve the functionality and efficiency of our ERP solutions. Your expertise will drive decision-making, foster innovation, and ensure the seamless implementation of our product offerings. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and report to the Product Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirement elicitation workshops with clients to define business, functional, and data requirements.
- Design wireframes and prototypes for feasible solutions, ensuring they align with product standards.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- Develop detailed user stories and business cases to guide project development.
- Oversee project schedules, manage scope changes, and ensure on-time delivery of solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and implementation challenges while providing functional guidance.
- Plan and execute product sprints, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Conduct quality analysis and functional reviews of product features.
- Provide training and support to both internal teams and clients, ensuring successful adoption of product features.
- Perform competitive analysis and contribute to product roadmap development.
- Conduct client demos, deliver proofs of concept (PoC), and provide clear solution documentation.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field) or MCA.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of total experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical role such as Technical Business Analyst, Senior Technical Business Analyst, Associate Solution Architect, or Associate Technical Product Manager.
- Previous development or QA experience is ideal, though not mandatory.
Skills:
- Proficient in understanding system APIs and basic database structures.
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Aha, etc.
- Familiarity with UX interface design tools like Figma, Proto.io, or Sketch.
- Excellent analytical skills for identifying business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities, particularly in managing client-facing interactions and technical documentation.
