Sr. Manager – International Sales | IIM

About the Role

As a Manager – International Sales, you will be responsible for driving global sales growth for Academia ERP. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with international clients, develop market strategies and build strong business relationships. It is designed for fresh graduates eager to take on a high-impact sales role in a fast-growing global organization.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and develop business opportunities in international markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across educational institutions worldwide.
  • Conduct market research to understand global trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Engage in consultative selling, preparing compelling sales pitches and product presentations.
  •  Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Implementation) to ensure seamless client engagement.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Represent Academia by Serosoft at global industry conferences, trade shows and networking events

Education & Experience 

  • MBA, Post-graduate degree, or equivalent from a reputed institution, preferably in Sales, Marketing or Business Management.
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in sales are encouraged to apply.

Required Knowledge & Skills 

  • Strong business acumen with a passion for international sales and business   development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Details

  • Type: Full-time opportunity
  • Onboarding Path: First 3 months as a Management Trainee, followed by confirmation as Sr. Manager – International Sales  upon successful completion.
