Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced senior IT recruiter responsible for end-to-end IT hiring up to the offer stage. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of technical roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding/offer closure
- Understand technical job requirements and translate them into effective hiring strategies
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networking
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on role fit and technical alignment
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role expectations, timelines, and hiring priorities
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines, ATS data, and recruitment trackers
- Ensure positions are closed within defined TAT as per company guidelines
- Manage offer negotiations, including compensation discussions and closures
- Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., TAT, offer-to-join ratio, pipeline health)
- Drive employer branding initiatives and enhance overall candidate experience
- Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive candidate journey throughout the hiring processRequired Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Expertise in Boolean search, sourcing techniques, and talent mapping
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–6 years of relevant IT recruitment experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in product-based or IT services companies
- Exposure to bulk hiring and niche skill hiring
- Certification in recruitment or HR practices (optional)
