About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Consultant – Channel Sales to drive strategic partnerships and expand Serosoft’s global partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners while accelerating revenue growth through effective partner engagement and execution of go-to-market strategies. You will work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to strengthen partner relationships and ensure business scalability in assigned territories.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners across assigned global territories.
- Develop and execute partner engagement strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Manage end-to-end partner lifecycle, including onboarding, enablement, performance tracking, and relationship management.
- Ensure adherence to partner agreements, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Plan and conduct product demos, training sessions, and joint sales activities with partners.
- Collaborate with partners to close new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Resolve channel conflicts by maintaining strong coordination between direct and indirect sales teams.
- Continuously assess partner needs and provide timely support to enhance performance.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline tracking.
- Share regular market insights, competitor updates, and partner feedback with leadership.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT SaaS sales, preferably in channel or partner management.
- Experience working with global partner ecosystems and managing end-to-end partner relationships.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of channel sales models and partner ecosystem management.
- Proven experience in onboarding and managing channel partners globally.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to create and manage sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS sales cycles, preferably in the education or ERP domain.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Strategic thinking with a strong execution mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
