About the Role:

The Sales Operations Executive will support operational processes within the Sales department, ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks and alignment with business goals. This role focuses on assisting with data management, performance tracking, and coordination to enhance the efficiency of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Process Support:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of sales pipelines.
  • Monitor sales operations processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of sales activities and client interactions.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Compile and analyze sales data to prepare reports and dashboards for internal use.
  • Provide insights to the sales team to drive informed decision-making.
  • Generate routine and ad-hoc reports using tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Resource Coordination:

  • Coordinate with teams to ensure the availability of sales tools and resources.
  • Support the optimization of sales operations by managing day-to-day logistics.

Collaboration & Support:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support campaigns and projects.
  • Assist in proposal generation, report creation, and other sales-related activities.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields.
  • 3-6 years of experience in a sales operations or coordination role, preferably within the education technology sector or SaaS-based companies.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
