About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive – Customer Success to support customer operations and ensure timely resolution of client queries. The role involves handling customer tickets, maintaining communication with clients, assisting in UAT activities, and preparing documentation while ensuring adherence to defined SLAs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first response to customer queries within defined SLA timelines.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and share timely updates on ticket status.
- Assist in basic troubleshooting of customer issues and escalate when required.
- Support the team in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for different client implementations.
- Prepare and maintain documentation as guided by team leads.
- Handle MIS reports and Excel-based tracking as assigned by the Team Lead.
- Work with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and smooth operations.
- Maintain proper records of tickets, client communications, and operational activities.
Education & Experience:
- Computer Graduate (BCA, B.Sc. IT, B.Tech, or equivalent).
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support, operations, or technical support roles.
- Should be comfortable working in night shift (8:00 pm to 4:00 am) and work-from-office environment.
Skills & Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exposure to ticketing systems or customer support tools will be an added advantage.
- Basic technical troubleshooting ability.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
