About the role: India’s leading Educational ERP Software company, a Deloitte Fast 50 Company and ET Growth Champion, Serosoft is looking for a Manager Implementation/Project who will be responsible for overseeing the successful deployment of our products or services to clients, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal utilization. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, technical expertise, and exceptional communication abilities to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform process requirements and analysis workshops with clients to define business, process, functional requirements, and data element requirements.
- Manage project scope and perform client engagement activities.
- Consult and provide guidance on the best processes, project scheduling, and resource availability for successful implementations.
- Manage project schedules, define statements of work, manage change control, and handle change requests.
- Functional training for clients to clients for facilitating the ERP Usage.
- Troubleshoot software and implementation issues, provide a workaround, and functional implementation guidance.
- Team Handling and monitoring their activities.
- Perform data mapping and validation activities to support system configuration and data migration.
- Conduct prototype development for client-specific use case scenarios.
- Efficiently handle and resolve client queries, offering functional guidance and practical workarounds when needed.
- Troubleshoot ERP issues during and post-implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
Education & Experience:
- Possess 10+ years of extensive experience in executing implementation processes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in both technical and functional aspects.
- Background in roles like Implementation Engineer within enterprise software domains.
Skills :
- Hands-on expertise in IT platforms, particularly with MySQL.
- Strong aptitude for collaborating across teams, groups, and organizations, with a keen ability to anticipate and analyze situations.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey ideas and information.
- Proven experience in client interaction and conducting training sessions.
- Proficient in MS Excel with a solid command of its functionalities.
- Willingness and flexibility for travel as required.
- Strong grasp of business processes with the ability to map them effectively to ERP functionalities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Excel and project documentation tools
