Consultant Customer Success

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Consultant – Customer Success with 2+ years of relevant experience. In this role, you will partner with our clients, guide them to use our ERP solutions effectively, resolve issues, and help them achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients for product-related inquiries and issues.
  • Record and document customer interactions and issues through the ticketing system to track trends and resolutions.
  • Provide timely first-line support via phone, email, and ticket channels according to company SLA metrics.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Assist clients with data management and configuration in the ERP system.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, building strong relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Implementation, Support) to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer processes and usage of the ERP platform.
  • Provide strategic guidance on product modules to increase adoption and customer success outcomes.
  • Travel to client locations as required for training, go-lives, or relationship management.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s  / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Application, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, client support, account management,
  • implementation, or a similar customer-facing software role. 

Skills & Competencies:

  • Solid troubleshooting mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple client tasks and priorities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience with ERP or SaaS platforms is preferred (education domain a plus).
  • Proficiency with support or CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
