About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst
to join our Product Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into
functional specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to
deliver high-quality enterprise software solutions. This role requires strong
analytical and problem-solving skills, ERP domain knowledge, and experience
working in Agile development environments.
Responsibilities
- Work on multiple projects such as Babyrific, Payroll Management System, OnSail, inCloudERP, and DD Group ERP.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Conduct requirement analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for finance-related solutions.
- Develop UI wireframes and mockups using Microsoft Visio.
- Manage all phases of software testing, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Act as a bridge between customers, development teams, and finance teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Conduct walkthroughs with department heads for requirement validation and process improvements.
- Participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings as a ScrumMaster.
- Maintain and organize documentation using SharePoint.
- Provide technical support, user training, and post-implementation support to ensure seamless adoption.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in enterprise software products or services (ERP).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong Business Analysis skills with experience in Finance & Accounting domains.
- Expertise in technical support, user interaction, and customer service.
- Hands-on experience with business process documentation, user stories, and requirement gathering.
- Knowledge of mobile applications, executive presentations, and IT business analysis.
- Proficiency in database testing, problem-solving, and defining requirements.
- Excellent oral communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, financial workflows, and compliance requirements.
