About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our
Product Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding
business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and collaborating with
cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality enterprise software solutions.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ERP domain knowledge, and experience
working in Agile development environments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct requirement analysis, feasibility studies, gap analysis, and impact assessments to support business objectives.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Create process flow diagrams, workflow documentation, UI wireframes, and mockups using Microsoft Visio or similar tools.
- Work closely with Product, Development, QA, and Implementation teams to ensure accurate understanding and execution of requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate and support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and defect resolution.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct requirement walkthroughs, solution demonstrations, and stakeholder review sessions.
- Maintain project documentation, knowledge repositories, and requirement traceability using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Provide functional support, user training, and post-implementation assistance to ensure successful product adoption.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality standards and business objectives.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in enterprise software products or services (ERP).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong Business Analysis skills with experience in Finance & Accounting domains.
- Expertise in technical support, user interaction, and customer service.
- Hands-on experience with business process documentation, user stories, and requirement gathering.
- Knowledge of mobile applications, executive presentations, and IT business analysis.
- Proficiency in database testing, problem-solving, and defining requirements.
- Excellent oral communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, financial workflows, and compliance requirements.
