Job Description:

India’s leading Educational ERP Software company, a Deloitte Fast 50 Company and ET Growth Champion Serosoft is looking for an  Sr. Implementation/Project Consultant.   

Experience: 4+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Knows about the entire SDLC process
• A clear understanding of the Project Vs Product delivery approach.
• Work with the Product delivery team for the delivery of client requirements, during and post-implementation.
• Follow project schedules
• Understand and perform data mapping.
• Responsible for module configuration and post configuration client scenario testing.
• Prototyping for scenario development.
• Provide functional training, during delivery and post-delivery support to customers over a voice call or in-person on ERP product.
• Efficient in handling and resolving client queries.
• Troubleshoot software and implementation issues, provide workaround and functional implementation guidance.
• Knows about the Change management process

• Spreadsheet knowledge – Entry, Formulas & Analysis
