The ideal candidate will have 5-12 years of relevant experience in inside sales, with a strong background in generating leads and conducting virtual product demonstrations. As a Manager/AM Inside Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Utilize various channels, including email campaigns, social media, and Tele-calling, to generate qualified leads.
- Virtual Product Demonstrations:
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our IT products.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Customize demonstrations based on the specific needs and requirements of each prospect.
- Sales Pipeline Management:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize opportunities and focus efforts on high-potential prospects.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions, leads, and opportunities.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
- Provide feedback from the field to contribute to product development and enhancement.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 5-12 years in inside sales within IT product companies.
- Strong understanding of the SAAS industry and IT products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
