About the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Jr. UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for websites and web applications. You will work closely with product managers and developers to translate ideas into impactful digital experiences that enhance usability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
UX Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and competitor analysis to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Improve usability, accessibility, and overall interaction design.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to align design solutions with business goals.
UI Responsibilities:
- Design responsive websites and web application interfaces.
- Maintain visual consistency across products and contribute to design systems.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
- Stay updated with modern UI trends and best practices.
Frontend Responsibilities:
- Convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into HTML/CSS.
- Develop responsive layouts for multiple screen sizes.
- Write clean and efficient CSS using Flexbox and Grid.
- Use basic JavaScript for adding interactivity.
- Optimize UI for performance and cross-browser compatibility.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Experience working on websites and web applications.
- Portfolio showcasing live projects (design + coded work preferred).
- A bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
