About The Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and customer-centric Product / Solution Specialist to champion product adoption, engagement, and growth within our existing customer base. This pivotal role lies at the intersection of product knowledge, customer success, and sales enablement—playing a critical part in identifying expansion opportunities and driving customer satisfaction through proactive support and solutioning.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Support –
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and business challenges.
- Participate in discovery sessions, requirement workshops, and customer meetings.
- Provide expert guidance on product features, capabilities, and fit to business problems.
- Deliver high-quality demonstrations.
Solution Design & Documentation –
- Prepare and deliver responses to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires.
- Work with product and engineering teams to create feasible solution configurations.
Product & Domain Expertise –
- Maintain deep knowledge of company products, competitive landscape, and market trends.
- Provide feedback to product teams on customer requirements and enhancement opportunities.
- Assist in creating pre-sales assets such as slide decks, solution blueprints, and demo environments.
- Ability to create the POCs based on the client’s requirements
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management –
- Build trusted relationships with prospects and key stakeholders.
- Act as a technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.
Education & Experience :
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Preferred from Ed-Tech Domain
- Ed-Tech Higher Education knowledge is a key advantage.
- Candidates with rich experience in the ERP domain
- Good communication skills
Skills & Competencies :
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle, agile development methodologies, and feature prioritization frameworks.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret product usage and customer behavior.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in SaaS, customer success, product marketing, or a similar role.
- Ability to understand and clearly explain complex product features and benefits.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and customer-centric approach.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and at least one BI/Analytics tool (e.g., Power BI,
- Tableau, Looker, etc.).
- Strong command of product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Excellent collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with complex enterprise products.
Desirable Attributes :
- Experience with education software, ERP systems, or large-scale enterprise solutions.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and Hotjar.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools and experimentation techniques.
- Strong presentation skills – able to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
