About the Role: As a National Sales Manager at Serosoft, you will be the driving force behind our National growth, leading strategic sales initiatives and forging key partnerships in national markets. Your expertise will shape how educational institutions worldwide leverage our solutions, ensuring we continue to expand and make a lasting impact on the education industry. You will report directly to the Senior Vice President.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute national sales strategies to drive revenue growth in National markets
- Set and achieve sales targets, providing reports and forecasts for national regions.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with national clients, particularly in the education sector.
- Lead B2B SaaS sales, focusing on demonstrating and selling ERP solutions to schools and universities
- Manage digital sales channels and optimize strategies using SEO, PPC, CRM, and analytics.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to ensure cohesive national campaigns.
- Represent Serosoft at National events, fostering partnerships and expanding the company’s presence.
- Must demonstrate a strong “hunting to closure” mindset, with a proven track record of independently managing the entire sales cycle, while also effectively collaborating with the team when needed.
- Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring, and managing high-performing sales teams.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
- 10+ years in national sales, ideally in SaaS or ERP solutions.
- Experience in the education sector and digital marketing tools (SEO, CRM, PPC) preferred.
Skills:
- Strong sales strategy and execution abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyse market data and adjust strategies.
