About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage key financial operations including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and payroll. This role ensures compliance, accurate financial reporting, and effective transaction processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- GST Compliance: Filing and reconciling GST returns.
- TDS Management: Deducting, depositing, and filing TDS returns.
- PF & ESIC: Managing contributions and compliance.
- Salary Processing: Handling payroll, deductions, and disbursements.
- Accounting: Maintaining financial records, reporting, and supporting audits.
- Vendor Payments: Processing vendor payments and managing records.
- Invoicing: Issuing and managing sales invoices.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional certification (such as CA or CMA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
Skills and Competencies:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in handling financial transactions and documentation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with teams across departments.
- Problem-solving: Ability to identify issues and suggest effective solutions.
