About the Role:

Working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, content, marketing, and customer success you will contribute to delivering impactful solutions that transform learning experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Backlog Management & Prioritization:
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear and actionable priorities.
- JIRA Tool Expertise:
- Manage workflows, sprints, and tasks using JIRA.
- Generate detailed reports and dashboards to track progress and performance.
- Data Analysis & Understanding:
- Analyze user data, market trends, and business metrics to inform product decisions.
- Develop actionable insights to improve product functionality and user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Basic Technical Knowledge & Understanding
- Demonstrate a foundational understanding of technical concepts to effectively communicate with engineering teams.
- Participate in discussions about product architecture and feasibility.
- Soft Skills
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams.
- Communicate effectively, manage conflicts, and foster a collaborative environment.
- Documentation Skills
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including product requirements, user stories, and workflows.
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible for all stakeholders.
- Scrum & Sprint Planning
- Plan and execute sprints, ensuring timely delivery of product milestones.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Time Management
- Effectively manage time to balance multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science, IT, or related technical field) or MCA.
- 10+ years of experience in product management or a related role.
- Proven expertise in managing product life cycles in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA and data visualization platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams for complex projects.
